General shipping policy
THE MADE SPACE processes orders Monday through Friday only. Please allow up to 3 days for processing your order. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. If you would like to have your order shipped more quickly, please contact us to make arrangements.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 10 business days for standard shipments of in stock items to arrive. If you have selected items that are special order, custom-made or back-ordered items, please refer to the applicable lead-times.
My item is back-ordered. What does this mean?
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color, etc, and then we'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. If your order contains a mix of in stock items and back-ordered items and you select express shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in stock items. Back-ordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.
Do you ship internationally?

How will my items be packed for shipment?
THE MADE SPACE takes special care in packaging your purchase. We sometimes reuse boxes and packaging in an effort to recycle and reduce waste.
